Before the beginning of IVF treatment everyone has this question in mind; how do I prepare myself for this? So, here is your answer. Today in this blog I will mention few tips on how to prepare oneself for the IVF treatment. 

1. First of all start an exercise routine as exercising and remaining active is not just good for fertility health but also for the overall body. It opens up the muscles and makes them flexible. Furthermore, it regulates blood flow  in the body. This makes the body much more responsive to medications given during the treatment. 


3. Eat a good fertility diet. What you eat is directly affects your overall wellbeing. It is very important for a woman to eat a healthy holistic diet to enhance the fertility. For example - Vitamin C is very
important to women undergoing IVF as it significantly increases the pregnancy rate; Tomatoes provide an excellent amount of Vitamin C and E, They are also rich in anti-oxidants 

4. Practice meditation – just like yoga, meditation helps to calm the mind and releases all the stress that infertility has caused you. While mediating you can listen too soothing sounds like waterfalls, sea shore etc. It improves concentration and regulates breathing as well as blood circulations that helps make the body tremendously responsive to medications. Any condition which is caused by stress can be lighten by meditation. 

5. Get yourself informed – We are living today in technology world. Get all the knowledge or information about IVF treatment. There are ‘n’ numbers of sources available today such as the internet, books, magazines, pamphlets and more. Therefore, a potential IVF patient or infertile couple can gain adequate information even before they approach a doctor. This helps in preparing them well for what is to come and also easily cooperate well with the doctor throughout the treatment. In addition, there are a lot of websites with genuine and authentic information regarding infertility in the form of articles, blogs and more. Also, this exercise will help you to be confident about the success of your treatment.
